There's a new A Perfect Circle CD

I went to Best Buy to look for an old Ministry CD, but they didn't have any. But there was this new CD from A Perfect Circle. It's a collection of covers about war and greed and other really cool stuff. I'm listening to the cover of Marvin Gaye's 'What's Going On' now.

Saw that it was out. But I feel it will be too "preachy" for me. I love how Maynard wants people to be indivduals and think for themselves (it is something that makes his lyrics very cool) but I feel from what I have seen what they are preaching is"change" (in terms of Kerry) and I dont really feel the same way in that regard. And because of that I think it will taint the way I feel about the album.

So yeah....the CD is pretty crappy.

I think Imagine is great, but other than that, it's pretty mediocre.

APC has a distinct style, and covering songs not written by them just doesn't work.

I'll give it another listen or two and hope it grows on me a bit.

I like APC, tool is too much of the same stuff over again, I figured there'd be a new album out soon, they've got two videos out, I like the song for the cartoon bush one, the video's creepy as hell though! [img]wink.gif[/img]
